Our team uses both individual hand-cutting methods and Eastman bulk cutting systems depending on the scale of production, ensuring speed without sacrificing accuracy.

Cutting is followed by expert sewing, where the fabric pieces are assembled using a variety of advanced stitching techniques tailored to the model’s design and structure. This part of the process is critical to achieving seamless edges, reinforced stress points, and an overall premium appearance.
